We use interval training—3 minutes of stretching, mobility training, and body weight calisthenics followed by 1 minute of rest—to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and strengthen the entire body. Try these advanced kickboxing classes if you are ready to move beyond our initial courses.

In addition to providing a great workout, Kickboxing X also teaches you the proper forms and techniques of the real martial art. Our classes are all taught by professional MMA fighters with extensive in-ring experience.
